What makes us different?

Unlike national meal prep brands, Feel Good Meals are delivered rather than shipped, which means no preservatives are used in the process of creating your meals. We use the same ingredients you would choose for yourself and your family, because the little things matter to us.

We also prioritize incorporating locally-sourced ingredients in our meals. Local ingredients tend to taste fresher, are more nutrient-rich, and use less packaging - not to mention, we love to support the local farmers in the community. It also has positive economic, social, and environmental effects.

Lastly, many national meal prep brands require subscriptions, prep, cooking & cleaning, and often come with non-recyclable ice packs & packaging. Feel Good Meals is here for you when you need it, and we’ll never hold you to a subscription. Our meals are ready-to-eat, so no cooking or cleaning is required. We also sanitize & reuse our bags and ice packs each week, so you don’t have to feel guilty when you order.

Nothing wrong with making life a little easier.
