Why is it our favorite?

This dish features 5 oz Atlantic salmon fillet, roasted zucchini, summer squash, eggplant, red onion & red peppers, 2 oz roma tomato & kalamata tapanade with crumbled feta and fresh herbs.

We love that this dish is super healthy, hearty, and filling. The bold Mediterranean flavors really draw you in. It is very easy to prepare, yet the end result looks and eats kinda fancy - especially if you’re the type who plates their Feel Good Meals! Although, it is just as delicious if you eat it straight out of the container. No shame!
